Pre-OrdersItems that are expected but not yet available from the manufacture may be pre-ordered. If the wait time is more than 30 days some items may be set up for purchase by Deposit and by Payment in Full as a choice option. Under 30 days the full price is expected at time of purchase.
Orders with Deposit: Once your order is received it will be processed and you will receive a new invoice showing the balance due. Our website is designed with the highest security standards, so it does not store your 3 digit security code. (number on the back of your card). You will be contacted within 3 weeks of shipping for the code in order to process the balance due on your purchase. Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Please note, arrival dates are given to us by the manufacture. Dates are manufactures best judgment estimates, subject to change, and not guaranteed. We will make ever effort to keep you informed of arrival dates or changes. They will be posted with the product.
Need to Change your Order?
If
you have had a change of heart, or suddenly realize you ordered the
wrong size doll or wrong color of eyes or hair and the doll or other
item has not yet shipped, you may change your order. Please contact me
with your request. This change would be considered an in house order
change not an order cancellation.
Canceled Orders;
Orders with deposit: Orders
canceled within 24 hrs of placing the order will receive a full refund.
Canceled within 48 hrs receive full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
If canceled after 48 hours the deposit placed for the item is
non-refundable, Store credit will be issued to you for the amount paid,
on orders canceled by the customer.
Orders Paid in Full: Orders
canceled within 24 hrs of placing the order will receive a full refund.
Canceled within 48 hrs receive full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
After 48 hrs -Paid orders are non-refundable, a store credit will be issued to you for the amount paid. Store Credits are good for 6 months.
